Our brewery started in Tekoa in 2013 and originally focused on home-brewed beer.
In subsequent years, the founder and head brewmaster - Akiva - expanded beyond beer to
fermentation and other forms of preparation.
Our idea is to make the entire field of recreational drinks accessible to those who have not yet
found their favorite.
This led us to dream of a series of ciders in the flavors that we love the most. And there are
more flavors on the way.
Our brewery aims to fulfill fantasies in the realm of alcohol.
We believe that each person has a drink that is just right for them and we will try to create it.
